Cabbie Takes Woman on Highspeed Ride Through Boston

The video below shows video and the 911 call Kate Patterson made to police when cab driver Osei Kwame, 51, locked her in his vehicle and took her on a high speed cab ride, refusing to let her out nor stop for police. Kwame has now been charged with kidnapping and failure to stop for police. Kwame is claiming that the passenger did not want to pay for the cab ride so he was taking her back to where he picked her up from. Talkinga bout having a bad day...geesh!
