Dwayne Wade Seeking Full Custody of His Sons

Appearing in court on Friday, Dwayne Wade testified that his ex-wife, Siovaughn Wade, had become violent with him in the past and denied allegations of abuse towards her and their sons as well as having any STD's.

The court appointed attorney for the children has requested that Dwayne be given full custody and requested that the court force Siovaughn Wade to undergo a mental health evaluation citing his thoughts that she might be a danger to herself or the children.

Dwayne will return to court today.
