Rohan Marley Choked Out by and Off Duty Officer

An off duty officer working at a nightclub put Rohan Marley in a choke hold after Marley exchanged words and fought with an individual outside of the club. Apparently Rohan thought the guy was a valet and the guy took offense. The two exchanged words and eventually ended up fighting. The off duty officer maced both individuals but ended up putting Marley in a chokehold. TMZ photogs caught a few seconds of the action on camera. Marley plans on suing the officer as he felt his conduct was excessive.
