Joe Jackson Seeking $500 Million in Damages

Joe Jackson has filed a wrongful death civil suit against Dr. Conrad Murray seeking anywhere from $10 - $500 million dollars in damages for the death of his son Michael. In his complaint, Joe lists that his claim is broken down as follows: "20% of his damages are for loss of support, 40% are for emotional distress and 40% are for "loss of comfort, aid, society and companionship" (tmz.com) While filing a wrongful death claim can be understood, it is very unsettling that it is Joe Jackson making the claim, especially considering Michael's public feelings towards him.
