No Charges to be Filed Against T.I. in Connection With L.A. Arrest

Word has just come down that the L.A. County District Attorney's office has indicated that they are dropping the charges against T.I. in connection with his September arrest. It appears that there were problems with the arrest in that officers claim that they smelled marijuana when they approached the vehicle however no marijuana was logged upon T.I.'s booking. The DA's office is officially citing the small amount of drugs that were found as the reason for not pursuing the case. T.I. was in possession of four ecstasy pills at the time of his arrest. The grammy winning rapper has already been sentenced for violating his parole and is expected to start serving his sentence on November 1st.
