The Associated Press has obtained copies of a transcript from a hearing that was held in front of Judge Michael Pastor in regards to the death of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Attorneys for Murray indicated that testing of the syringes and IV bags that were found in the home of Michael Jackson on the day of his death are pertinent to determining how he died. The evidence was ordered preserved by the Judge after the autopsy was performed over a year ago. The question that has been raised is why this was not done sooner as the defense has indicated that vital evidentiary liquids in the syringes are drying up into salt. The Judge has asked both the prosecution and defense teams to work together to come up with a solution to the problem as testing of the materials can only be done once and would destroy the evidence.
