Vybz Kartel Escaped From Prison????

Rumors were flying everywhere this morning that Reggae artist, Vybz Kartel, had overpowered a prison guard and he and six other inmates had escaped prison. According to The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Les Green, the reports are false. "I know nothing about that. If that had taken place I would would certainly have known," He is stating it may be an attempt by Vybz's people to keep him newsworthy.

Vybz is currently incarcerated after being arrested for suspicion of murdering two people. He was arrested at a New Kingston hotel on October 1, for possession of marijuana and he was held for the July 12 death of promoter Barrington "Bossie" Burton and the August 16 death Clive "Lizard" Williams.
