For those who watch the Housewives of Atlanta series, it has gotten a little dramatic lately with Sheree Whitfield attempting to collect on past due child support from her ex-husband, former NFL player Bob Whitfield. Well our friends over at Mediatakeout.com uncovered some legal documents that may explain exactly WHY Bob isn't paying and why Ms. Sheree was so reluctant to allow Phaedra to file motions to have Bob arrested and jailed for the past due payments. It seems that Sheree had attempted to defraud Bob after their initial divorce settlement was agreed upon.

After agreeing to a $25K initial payment, with an additional $400K to be paid upon the sale of their marital home, Sheree took it upon herself to ask Bob to pay the latter sum in advance so she could purchase a home for the children. Well not only did she NOT purchase a home, she remained in the marital home, refusing to leave and filing motions and appeals in court to lengthen her stay. The court found that Ms. Sheree had attempted to defraud Bob and refused to grant her a new hearing.
