Tiger Woods No Longer #1 Ranked Golf Player

Tiger Woods' fall from glory continues as the current rankings have revealed he is no longer the #1 player in golf. European golfer, Lee Westwood now holds the title, marking the first time in the past five years that Tiger has not held the position. Tiger is now ranked #2. I wonder if he now really regrets all of his past transgressions?
