Gabriel Aubry Being Investigated For Child Endangerment!!!

Halle Berry will be in court today for an emergency hearing to request that Gabriel Aubry, Nahla's dad, not be allowed to see Nahla until charges that he assaulted her nanny while she was holding the child are cleared up. According to reports by tmz.com, the nanny had gone to Nahla's school to pick her up only to find out that she had not been to school in two days as she was reported sick. Well Halle, nor the nanny knew of Nahla being sick. The nanny then went to Gabriel's house to pick up Nahla. Upon arrival Gabriel answered the door and Nahla was picked up by the nanny. When questioned by the nanny why Nahla hadn't been to school he responded by saying "You're the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f**king know anything." and then shoving her. The nanny reported the incident to the police and now Gabriel is being investigated.
