During yesterday's court hearing regarding Gabriel Aubry's visitation rights, the Department of Children and Family Services recommended mediation between the two parties to get them to a point where they would be able to co-parent effectively. Halle was apparently open to the idea however Gabriel was not. While he agreed to anger management counseling, he would not agree to most of the recommendations that DCFS presented. The Judge overseeing the hearing is almost at a point of ordering a full trial type of hearing so he can have more authority over what happens in the matter. The Judge still has to decide on visitation for Gabriel however the endangerment investigation is not complete so the ruling has been delayed.
